Now why did you want to do that?

It has been a long time since I have been to Edinburgh zoo. I used to have to have very mixed feelings about zoos but maybe because I had the misfortune to see a couple of very bad ones but I do think Edinburgh zoo do a good job. They have made some interesting changes there.

The children love it and I have never seen it so empty in my life. Might explain why the zoo, like so many other institutions is really feeling the pinch.
