Edinburgh

Popped into Edinburgh for the first time in a while (on a non-work capacity, at least) to have lunch with my wife and meet up with a friend of ours from football. Had a good lunch and catch up.

Treated myself to a couple of DVD box set bargains (inspired by the need to by something with a bigger carrier bag to put a few bits from a smaller carrier bag which I was too embarrassed to display (nothing like Ann Summers or anything - that would have been LESS embarrassing than the green and white horror I wanted to hide)... thanks brother!

Took the longer train route home, feeling quite shattered after a late night last night and a busy day today.

Big game tomorrow for "the Berts" when we have travel down the road to our local rivals, Lochore.

Fingers crossed I am happy tomorrow night!
