Jonathan and Hope

Nipped out of work early as I could tonight to try and catch the last bits of daylight in the city centre. Finishing work as it gets dark is a pain in the starfish and I'm fed up with night shots already. Thought trying some handheld stuff with the D7000 and 18-200mm VRII would be a good test of just how good the VR is. At ISO1600 I was probably pushing it a bit but it was street shots I was after and I got a good few keepers. Really should have pushed the ISO further, the D7000 is capable but there's still an wariness of pushing ISO after years with inferior DSLR's.

This was to be part of a series for a little side project I've been doing, which up until now I've been doing as much as possible anonymously until l seen how the traffic would go and what sort of reception it would get.
