Wot are you looking at???

BT were due to come to the new offices anytime after 1pm in an attempt to redeem themselves. They had confirmed via email yesterday that it would be an afternoon appointment.

Accordingly I had a call on my mobile at 9.30am to say that the BT engineer had turned up and because there was nobody there he had buggered off. They suggested it would be the first week in December before they could book us in to the diary again.

A short, curt, some might even say rude, conversation ensued and the engineer came back at 11.30am. It looks like the job is now done but we won't know until someone else comes along to test the phone sockets next week.

The wall is getting knocked down.
