Love me, adopt me?

Today is the 1st day of year-end school holidays. Brought my kids to the local animal shelter where they cuddled cats and rabbits, animals they'd like to adopt. We're keeping an open mind, my hubby and I. There's already a rabbit at home (and this after a slew of less successful adventures with hamsters, terrapins, hermit crabs...). But looking at their determination, I suspect the adoption may happen sooner rather than later.. :)
