Meet Pookie, my budgie (parakeet)

Pookie is 8½ years old, quite an age for a budgie. He survived a few infections and also a little tumor under his wing. My wonderful bird vet Peter, removed it.. isn't that awesome with such a small birdie?? I think so! This was months ago, but it is so important to go to a good bird vet with these things. Lots of people would think.. Oh well.. it is just a budgie and for about 15 euro's I have a new one........
