Waxcap

I'm too tired to look up which one - but as one of the topics of the meeting I've been to tonight was Waxcaps, I thought it appropriate to post this from the myriad of photos I took today.
At 1am, we were watching one of our garden badgers hoovering up birdfood, then peanuts, then badger food from the patio, then chase a young fox round and round the garden. A wonderfully entertaining sight.
Today I went for a walk and took lots of photos, mainly birds (Great spotted woodpecker, coal tit, nuthatch) and fungi, then this evening was the AGM of the local Natural History Society Fungi Group, and now I'm ready for my bed.
