Stroll before lunch

Today I finally got out of the house away from the neighbourhood now our windows have been replaced.

We went to BF's golf club for lunch and a walk around the huge lake that dominates the course.

We saw many water fowl, Gulls of many species and I pointed out a Cormorant sunbathing high on a tree branch BF.

He'd never seen such a bird before.

The picture is of a nice swan family feeding on a quieter part of the lake.

A nice stroll in the warm Autumnal sunshine.
