Soothe the Soul

This afternoon involved relaxing the mind & soothing the soul. I use lavender a lot to help me sleep & relax.

I actually wrote my dissertation on 'The use of aromatherapy in helping to alleviate stress and anxiety in patients'.......many moons ago now! There was actually quite a lot of research supporting its benefit. Of course the dissertation was all about discussing the for and against, all 10,000 words of it! It may not be for everybody, but it certainly helps me.
