Radio Triggers :¬)

Got my Yongnuo RF603(N) wireless radio flash triggers aka "Poverty Wizards" yesterday (eBay £26). Just need a speedlight to use them on now! Luckily there was still a way to play with them as they will also work as a wireless shutter trigger using the cable included, that doesn't need a line of site and works the autofocus (unlike my £1.99 eBay IR remote).

I was already mega keen to get a flash (or two, or three....), then Alexander Beckett (http://www.alexanderbeckett.com/) gave a talk at SecondLook Bristol's TalkPhoto (http://www.secondlook.org.uk/) meeting on his travels with speedlights and brought in some of his equipment....now I've bought some triggers but still haven't got a flash! I think I'll take Alex's advice and get a "cheap" old manual (but low trigger voltage) flash, possibly plus a Nikon specific i-TTL flash.
