Gardening with Friends

Bob and visited a great Nursery today and picked up some potted flowers for the beds in the front yard. We also picked up some Southwest Wildflower seeds for the bare expanse that is our back yard.

Bob's friends came over as soon as they saw us out in the front yard and immediately offered to help. What fun it is to garden with friends! The 3 kids all wanted to rake, water and throw seeds at once. But they quickly got a system in place to keep everyone happy. I was thrilled that they relished what I would consider back breaking work.

There is more to finish tomorrow. I have to stop and get more dirt, so I think I will get them each a trowel...
