Mojito time!

First full day of our holiday in Florida - went for a meal at Applebees and very good it was too.

They had a great cocktails menu with several varieties of mojito - this was the 'skinny' lower calorie one - well, I needed to make sure I could manage a nice big pudding, that menu was very good too!
