The sun came out today

I love it when autumn and winter come because I can see the sun rise and set from my balcony. Strange weather today though as the sun was hiding behind dark clouds giving it a bit of surreal feel to it. The sun was low but wasn't quite ready to set yet. All I could see were the rays coming through (still practicing how to capture those rays though)

Nevertheless, I am thankful for it. For I can't imagine not having the sun shining for us at all. Well, not that I can't but I'd rather not. In the absence of light, we ourselves can be the light for someone today. So go and light up someone's day (or night) :).
