By day, this unremarkable grey concrete office block hardly merits a glance. However, at night it puts on its party frock!

I had prepared a blip this morning before I rushed out the door to drive to Devon. It seems I forgot to hit publish before I left hence (at last) an opportunity to attempt a shot of this. Difficult, as it has to be done from a moving vehicle.
