Chinese Paeony

The Chinese Paeonies are full of flowers - and the time to adore them is now. What a scent!

In a few days they will be over, I guess. Admittedly, this year they might last a bit longer - it's now cool again after the unbelievable heat wave. We even have some spells of rain now and then.

Things are calming down now on the allotment - less work and more time to just enjoy all the flowers and the lush greenery.
