Managed to get a few photos of these geese this morning before heading off to work.

It was the usual sort of busy day at work.

Yoga workout was good, Elaine fair put us through our paces.

Got home and unloaded the dish washer, then fed it again. Cleaned the on-suite shower top to bottom. Made dinner and now its time to relax for the evening, Frozen Planet is on the TV so that should be nice and relaxing.
