Possessed.

This is the air/heat unit thing in the lounge of our apartment. It nearly gave me a heart attack when I got up this morning because there was no one else in the apartment but something was making an awful lot of noise. I soon discovered it was this unit, sounding like it was possessed by the air unit devil. Only after I had crept around my apartment like a lunatic and located the source of the noise did I see the note on the fridge whiteboard that read "Air unit is making weird noises. I submitted a work order. -Liz" Oops. I should point out that I have to walk past the fridge to get to the air unit, so this is clearly a pretty serious lack of observation on my part.

After I located the source of the demon noises and ascertained that something was being done, I proceeded to get ready and go to class. Class lasted all of 30 minutes (which is always awesome) during which we all mainly talked about why people who refuse to vaccinated their children are idiots. Very enjoyable. Then I came back but did not put my jimjams on because I figure the work men would be appearing to fix our devil air unit and they eventually did. It took them several bangs, an "uh oh," and approximately 5 minutes before they said they were done and cheerfully ran off. So now the air unit is back to sitting quietly in the lounge, doing its job.

I should be going to physics tutoring now so I can get extra credit points, but seeing as it's so disgusting outside and I'm already half in my pajamas, I'm not. Instead I am attempting to force myself to do some work before I snuggle back into my bed and watch the rest of Happy Feet. I clearly know how to live the life.
