Teenage memories.
When I was a teenager, my father began working for a firm that made mining equipment. His job was to go down the mines to repair the large digger type machines.
I think he went down every kind of mine there was, from diamond mines, and gold mines to ash mines, and Hydro-electric schemes. He travelled the world, and sometimes brought me back a tiny piece of stone or ore. None of them are worth money, but they bring back memories to me, and I love handling them, to feel their texture.
