Pudsey bear cakes

Today was a weird day, woke up wanting to bake. Saw the social worker about adopting which seemed to go well :)

So I decided to bake these with my children for their nursery bake sale tomorrow. I ended up decorating them but they each decorated one that they could have after tea.

4 year old is a bit poorly still but seems happier, hopefully it's just a 48 hour thing.

Also cooking a German friendship cake called Herman. It's a cake that's yeast based and takes 10 days to prepare! The idea is after the 10 days are up you split it into 4 and cook your 1/4 and give the other 3 uncooked mixtures away with instructions.
I have mine in the oven and I gave another 1/4 away but I still have a 1/2 to get rid of! Renamed it the German burden cake...
