This is Barking putting Cousteau through his paces. Lots of spins, downs, rollovers, through the legs and back again.

Had a really good day today, managed to get a kayak in before taking the pooch down the beach. Did some much needed chores and am now starving and wondering what to eat tonight.

The new bed was very comfy and we had the best night's sleep in ages. Till the builders next door woke us up at 7:30.

England play the All Blacks tonight.
