Yes I am. At the moment I can't stop cooking. It's an everyday obsession, like blipping.
Tonight I cooked mushroom and nut cutlets in a ripe brie sauce served with griddled and steamed vegetables.
Last night it was salmon in plum sauce on a bed of tossed vermicelli in chilli oil.
Then over the weekend we had the home made curry, the hazelnut crust fish with a caper and herb dressing, and the chocolate brownie and plum sundae with a cream and crumble topping.
This is a rather superior pasta that I found in Waitrose. If you can find it, try it.
I'm addicted. See it's not all just about liquorice allsorts...
