Brown Eyed Girl

Today is my sister's 14th birthday, which makes me feel particularly old. I bought her a gift, shipped it early, and caught up with her on Skype, but none of that makes up for being so far away on her birthday!

So thus, here I sit happily ignoring financial statement homework to instead peruse summer pictures of me and the wee one, and wish I were there to celebrate in person.
