Blurry outlaw

Cycling is not permitted on the West Pier.
Neither is the release of canine droppings.
One bothers me.
The other not.

Today I blipped the one that does not bother me.

Expect a "West Pier dogshit special" sometime soon.
I am spoilt for choice, it comes in all shapes, colours and fragrances.
