Smoked Salmon for Lunch

I have a weakness for smoked salmon and prawns, so delighted that an invitation to lunch included both.

I spent an hour chatting to a lovely lady from Eastern Australia who is visiting Scotland for the very first time. She is certainly packing it in - having arrived on Friday, she seems to have been to all the places I recommended. Yesterday a long circuit trip north by Loch Lomond and Glencoe, Loch Ness and Inverness, and then south down the A9, taking in Aviemore and Stirling.

Happy Birthday Greetings to some very important people : my brother and brother-in-law, oh, and a certain HRH.

Off to connect to Seattle by skype ... a very international day.
