Bangkok Floods

We flew from Calcutta to Kuala Lumpur today for the last set of engagements for this trip. There was a two hour stop over at Bangkok and flying in and out the devastation from the recent floods was obvious everywhere. This is to the north of the city , which was worst affected but there is standing water even in the airport gullies which I suspect are usually dry.
