Breaffast made for the mountain bikers then they cycled to their meet up.

I made an effort with Eco daughter and sat through the X factor with her this morning and then headed to the beach for a walk.

Juno had a ball, I cahtted to eco daughter and she was get flustered by the flies rising from the seaweed.

Back home and made soe viccy plum jam, tea and then picked up eco son.

A phone call from eco mum and picked her up.

A wee maths session which was great to focus the mind.
