Let's Go Fly a Kite

It was a warm and windy day today. I saw two groups of people trying to fly kites in the park. They weren't having a lot of luck keeping them up in the air. It seemed like every time I tried to shoot a picture, the kite would be on its way down to the ground. I liked this shot where the kite tail looks like an extension of the tree branch. I also like how the kite provides the only bright colors in an otherwise monochromatic view.
