goal #1

finally made it - i've lost a stone. yeah, i still weigh far too bloody much but i weigh less than i did at the start of the year, so <blows raspberry> to any smug bastard out there who refuses to be supportive :-p

earlier, i talked about how i got here, so i won't say it again. it's been tough recently with no support (& mostly no-one noticing, & the help i want being resolutely unavailable). but then it has to be me that does it, so maybe this being how it is is how it works (if that makes sense).

hoping to shift a fair amount more - be assured that it will feature here if i manage!
