Nature morte

I rarely talk about my little sister because sadly, living away from one another, we do not get to see each other as much as we would like. But I care and miss her greatly and I think about her often. Particularly since I live with the gifts she has given me throughout the years. I wore a stunning geometric necklace she gave me last Christmas all through my second week at work. And this set of little jug and glasses decorates my bookshelves in the red Indian room. She and I have started our lives in the same bedroom on twin beds and will end our lives again in the same bedroom. (Insider family joke only. Sorry.)
