midnight oil

had to burn a lot of it tonight working into the silly hours on a couple of jobs that were backing up, and i hated every minute of it. i used to quite like working late into the night, enjoying the solitary benefit of no interruptions, and always seemed to be fine the next day.

but not anymore. i think my silly'o'clock times are behind me so from tomorrow onwards i'm imposing a 9pm curfew and sticking to my guns.
