Monumental Sunday

Seeing as it was a nice dry day again we decided to venture to the Wallace Monument- I hadn't climbed the spiral staircase since I was about 10 so was great to venture to the top again and Fi had never been to the top. The staircase is pretty narrow so not much room when you meet folks coming down on your way up but luckily we didn't meet any sizeable obstacles. I think Fi felt the effects of the staircase coming back down slightly more than me.

The sun had disappeared so limited scope for landscape shots at the top but got quite a nice one on way back down Abbey Craig. Hope everyone had a good weekend.
