Kingdom keys

These are keys. They are old keys. each key had a door or lock that it opened. What secrets do we suppose they are attached to? What is behind each lock that required locking.
Makes me wonder what kind of key it takes to unlock a heart. Quite a different sort I expect, depends on the condition of the heart. The secret life of hearts, sometimes we do not even know the secret of our own heart.
