Knowledge Is Power

My walking has suffered this weekend. I normally write a short piece on my weekend adventure in this journal (I love Wainwright). I guess I'll have to leave it blank this week.

Lost the dog on the moor this evening for a good twenty minutes. Pretty scary in thick fog. I really thought that was it . Luckily he did reappear but only after my hands were numb and voice was horse

I know I shouldn't of but i googled my symptoms today and according to that research I have just about all the cancers going...if I'm not better by Wednesday I'll go to the doctors. And believe me that's an achievement in its self. Doctors are one of my many fears.
