Of Christmas Lights and Ginger Cake

After yesterdays epic fail at seeing some good Christmas lights, we had a second attempt. We headed off to Dobbies in Cumbernauld and Stirling.

The lights and decorations were well displayed and laid out so all in all it was quite enjoyable


When we left Stirling we stopped at the farm shop for bread, and because it was the weekend, some cake for after lunch.

The bread was tasty, and worked really well with the Salt Beef, the cake was a disappointment. It should be iced ginger cake, someone seemed to have missed the ginger though.

A disappointing end to a good morning - never mind - at least I have the snowflake to cheer me up
