Running out of petrol.....

......... not me, but my husband!!!

I was sitting at home quite happily sewing, when the phone rings -

I've broken down, the car just stopped.

Well, ring the NRMA (roadside assist).

OK

5 seconds later the phone rings again.

Can you get me some petrol in a can and bring it to me.

Why, have you run out of petrol?

Not sure.

I run around the house, shutting all the windows, get the petrol can, was just about to the leave the house, when the phone rings again.

Don't worry the NRMA man has just turned.

10 minutes later he was home.

And yes, he did run out of petrol, for the first time ever!!

Lesson learned never let your petrol run too low.
