You're a Loon!

You would think that Alaska would be ripe with wildlife photo opportunities. I think this is relatively true.

I have found it easy to take pictures of animals as little dots on a distant hill. For those who stalk wildlife for photography know that it takes much time and patience and planning to be successful. And that's likely why I haven't done more wildlife photography.

Today's experiment, number 8, is to get off of my butt and chase down something living, and moving.

So, it's into the canoe and paddle away.


The loons were making their cool loon noises, that was the best part!
