Empanadas ya ya!

The lovely fiancée of a coworker offered to make Argentinean Empanadas for the office - 6 for $10. I chose 3 chicken and 3 corn (filling). She also made beef and spinach! She was working for 3 days (prepared filling on day 1, dough on day 2, filled and cooked on day 3) on these and brought in more than 20+ individual boxes of warm empanadas for all of us, with our names on each. the corn version was incredible!

Tomorrow I fly north for a quick visit with my sweeties family and hope to capture some fun images - its been a long week catching up with work since my vacation return. I'm itching to blip with my DSLR but started my blipfolio in the meantime.
