First chance to model my birthday present apron from TinaF tomorrow. I'm going to a patisserie course - another birthday present from my sister!

It's an all-day thing with lunch and wine and I'm going to learn how to make puff pastry, mille-feuilles, choux pastry, pâte sucrée and lots more.

I can't wait!
