Thank a Vet today!

I know this is probably a very cliche photo to post today but I just couldn't help myself. As you know it's Veteran's Day in the US and Remembrance Day elsewhere ~ so, please thank a veteran today.

I sent thanks heavenward to my sweet Father, who was a veteran of the Korean War ~ thanks Papa! Then decided to take a ride to one of our many local cemeteries, which I love! As I walked among our anecestors I spotted many graves with flags and medals on them indicating their service to our great Country!

I was going to convert this to B&W, but I really loved the sunlight shining on the medal and flag. It was almost as if the sun was honoring and thanking Mr. Kleppinger also.
