Fungi Foray

Oh dear, I've been creeping about in the garden in the dark. A street light and a mushroom. That's it in a nutshell. I don't know what the neighbours must think of the flash photography in the dark.

We eat a lot of mushrooms, not from the garden, though. Mushroom and Butter Bean Stroganoff is one of my favourite things to make and eat. Tonight it is quick and easy pasta and sauce with a big fat slice of 'tiger' bread. Off I go then.....
