Feeling A Little Sad

I'm feeling rather sad & fed up today. I had another cluster headache at 3am this morning and one at lunchtime. As such, I decided it might not be a good idea to travel down to Cambridge tonight to work on an Instructor Training Course for the weekend.

I was due to be bossing the course under the supervision of the actual boss and I had a chat with him about it. He pointed out that if I was only half an hour away from home, it would be easy to leave if I got another cluster headache but being at the other end of the country was not so easy.....

So it was with much reluctance that I agreed and changed my flight to another date so it wouldn't go completely to waste.

I'm not always very sensible about things like this but I'm having such a rough time at the moment that I really should be. N has been 'stern' with me and says I need to go to the doctors so I have an appointment for next Tuesday.

In the meantime, to cheer myself up, I have built a fabulous fire. I love how the flames look like horns on this piece of wood burning in the fireplace :-)
