House Sparrow

No time to blip today,, so I took this from my front door step. This Sparrow was enjoying a Sunflower seed from the feeder and didn't seem overly bothered by me. If any one can tell me the name of the bush that the bird is sitting in I would be grateful. It has been in the garden since we moved in well over fifteen years ago, but this is the first year that I have seen the berries on it. I am not sure if the birds will eat them when they are ripe or not.
