Screw

In dutch this little spur in the wall of my office is called 'kroonsteentje', literally crown stone.
After a short search, I have learned that in english this is called "screw terminal".

So I perceive that my knowledge of the english language is limited, very much influenced by movies where the word 'screw' mainly is used in a human interactive way.
