Keeping the Home Fires Burning

It hardly seems possible that last evening, I sat outside eating my dinner. Tonight, it is some twenty degrees (Fahrenheit) colder than it was last night at this time.

And so, out to the woodshed I trudge to gather up some firewood. I am so thankful we live in the woods, as the cost of our heating during the winter months is basically the price of keeping the Husqvarna saw running, gas for the ATV to gather the wood from the area it is cut, and lots of sweat!

A small price to pay for warmth unrivaled and a coziness no other heater can compare!
