Two shoes

No, not the X Factor wannabes, but my running shoes, which finally came out of hibernation. I managed a horrendous pleasant run round Arthur's Seat, feeling exhausted exhilarated at the end.
On the plus side I staggered ran for 35 mintutes without stopping.
