I have very little knowledge of non native plant species, (and not much more on natives), but I do like these in their various guises and colours. Happily, on another wet day, this one grows in the garden at work.

I liked the mix of the fruit on this branch: the old berries turning brown, a younger one rising and the flowers waiting....

Wonderful thing, determined. You do have to admire it.
