Prime Minister, prime suspect?

Following yesterday's blip I've decided to keep running with the same theme and to show you the other bit of Cameron-related graffiti which I've noticed lately.

I'm presuming that this refers to the recent riots and the ongoing sense of economic and social exclusion being felt by so many in contrast to the economic and social crimes that so many at the top of the ladder seem to get away with on a daily basis...
