Duck 'n' Drake

After a slightly misty start, the weather turned out about as good as it could be today.
We set off for Linlithgow and had a stroll round the loch and a nosey about the palace. Took a few decent photos but, decisions, decisions, what to post to Blip.
I did get a few shots of three swans skimming low over the water but they were a bit too fuzzy so I picked on this one of Mr & Mrs Duck. Obviously completely at ease with us humans, they sat on the water at the side of the path and gabbled away gently in duckese. Doubtless in the hope that we might have a slice or two of stale bread!
I have just checked the weather report and it seems that we are to have the next few days remaining fair so that is a pleasant surprise.
