Rocking Chair

This is one of my oldest possessions - it was the first piece of furniture I got for my first flat in South Queensferry in 1988. It used to sit at a bedroom window with a panoramic view of the Forth Bridges.

Tonight it will be gone as I've just sold it on Gumtree. Pity to say goodbye but we've got a nice chesterfield chair to replace it next week.

The cushions were all made by my mum. Sadly her advanced Alzheimers means she'll never do work like this again.
