Both young people and the ubiquitous food delivery guys zip around , helmetless, on these things - seemingly oblivious to the sheer craziness of Korean roads.

The main roads here are huge and busy, based very much on the North American road system. But despite all the relevant rules, regulations and road markings you'd expect, obeying them seems to be purely a matter of choice.

I do have a friend who drives a car here, and even used to ride a motorcycle. He says it doesn't seem quite so bonkers once you're behind the wheel yourself.
You wouldn't get me on one of those scooters for all the tea in China!
